Pam Boney is founder and CEO of Executive Suite Coaching, Inc.  Pam is an executive coach and personal consultant to senior leaders who want to co-create positive change in their organization.  Working behind the scenes as a coach, Pam’s approach assists leaders to form stronger relationships and alliances that produce better outcomes through a systems approach to analysis and action planning. She helps her clients build rich leadership influence in their organizations, by learning cognitive processes and mental models that support an executive to leverage their energy, resources and time more effectively.  She also assists leaders to assess, plan and build a culture that provides the right backdrop to assist teams to reach their highest potentials.  Pam believes that effective organizational capabilities are developed through the growth of personal capabilities in senior leaders who can provide a living example of what they want to see in the culture of their organization. She has developed a proprietary model for measuring Executive Presence, The Executive Presence Indicator ™ and uses this model to assist leaders to grow into roles with more responsibility, leading to greater contributions to their organization and extended community.

Prior to founding her consulting company, Pam held senior roles in two international hospitality companies, Embassy Suites Hotels and Hilton Hotels.  Her responsibility included Regional Operations Management of a portfolio of hotel assets totaling $369 million with annual revenues averaging $139 million.  She has a demonstrated ability to foster collaboration which enables diverse groups to achieve a common objective and is known for her cutting edge innovations in problem prevention.  She has strong interpersonal and communications skills and a proven track record for leadership, winning prestigious awards and setting high standards of achievement throughout her legacy.  She served as a catalyst for innovation not only in her company and community, but also in the industry she served for more than 19 years.  Pam was featured on the front cover of Triangle Business Journal in 1996 for earning the highest overall performance award in the world and as a result was also awarded Triangle Business Woman of the Year Award.  She was also given the personal honor of being presented with the Chairman’s Award for Leadership for Embassy Suites in 1992.

Primary Consulting Practice Areas include:

Leadership development, organizational alignment and culture change; executive coaching and mentoring; Onboarding coaching for executives in new roles; change management and conflict resolution; and leveraging resources for impact.  Her expertise is most often employed to facilitate planning processes to identify, develop, deploy and inspire talent in an organization to create competitive advantage.  Applying a strong strategic sense, Pam works with senior teams to integrate a collaborative approach into change systems for organizational reinvention.  Her direct approach serves to engage leaders with their challenges and opportunities, resulting in a rapid link to return on investment.

Coaching Approach:

Known for her straightforward, insightful approach, Pam helps goal-oriented people and busy leaders leverage their time, energy and resources for stronger execution of their vision and objectives.  Combining an aggressive self discovery process with targeted coaching sessions, she focuses on accelerating development and enhancing performance, while building leadership skills and strategic focus.  Her approach reinforces a collaborative culture, by creating a cycle of action and learning that leads to sustained, effective improvement in performance and creative problem solving.  She encourages leaders to place their focus on a systems approach to goal setting, where individual, process and relational goals are employed to attain bottom-line results.
