Pam Boney is founder and CEO of Executive Suite Coaching, Inc. Pam is an executive coach and personal consultant to senior leaders who want to co-create positive change in their organization. Working behind the scenes as a coach, Pam’s approach assists leaders to form stronger relationships and alliances that produce better outcomes through a systems approach to analysis and action planning. She helps her clients build rich leadership influence in their organizations, by learning cognitive processes and mental models that support an executive to leverage their energy, resources and time more effectively. She also assists leaders to assess, plan and build a culture that provides the right backdrop to assist teams to reach their highest potentials. Pam believes that effective organizational capabilities are developed through the growth of personal capabilities in senior leaders who can provide a living example of what they want to see in the culture of their organization. She has developed a proprietary model for measuring Executive Presence, The Executive Presence Indicator ™ and uses this model to assist leaders to grow into roles with more responsibility, leading to greater contributions to their organization and extended community.
Prior to founding her consulting company, Pam held senior roles in two international hospitality companies, Embassy Suites Hotels and Hilton Hotels. Her responsibility included Regional Operations Management of a portfolio of hotel assets totaling $369 million with annual revenues averaging $139 million. She has a demonstrated ability to foster collaboration which enables diverse groups to achieve a common objective and is known for her cutting edge innovations in problem prevention. She has strong interpersonal and communications skills and a proven track record for leadership, winning prestigious awards and setting high standards of achievement throughout her legacy. She served as a catalyst for innovation not only in her company and community, but also in the industry she served for more than 19 years. Pam was featured on the front cover of Triangle Business Journal in 1996 for earning the highest overall performance award in the world and as a result was also awarded Triangle Business Woman of the Year Award. She was also given the personal honor of being presented with the Chairman’s Award for Leadership for Embassy Suites in 1992.

Pam holds dual undergraduate BS degrees in Accounting & Operations management at ASU, as well as studies from Cornell University Professional Development Program for Hospitality Executives with studies concentrating in Marketing and e-Commerce. She is a graduate of Corporate Coach University, a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaches Federation and has completed numerous certification programs for coaching skills. She also employs use of the Enneagram, a powerful and insightful tool that helps people deepen their understanding of motive and drive in themselves and others. Pam is currently pursuing a Masters Degree at NC State University in Cognitive Psychology with a research project on Executive Presence.
