Professional Experience & Background: Mary Grace Landrum is president of The Learning Link, an HRD consulting firm specializing in organizational development, classroom facilitation, curriculum design and delivery of training at a distance. She brings a dynamic mix of experience and perspectives from varied industries…energy, telecommunications, shipping, and health care, and public sector clients in government and community services. She has provided workforce development consulting and management services for Fortune 500 companies. Her partial client list includes ConocoPhillips, Shell Oil, Enron, CenterPoint Energy, Dynegy, DHL Express, and Houston Cellular.

Prior to starting her own business, Mary was manager of Employee Development for 16 years at ARCO Pipe Line Co. and Columbia Gulf Transmission Company. Mary Grace worked with all levels of the organization and many cross-functional teams to achieve business goals on time and within budget. She was instrumental in developing both a technical skills operator curriculum and management curriculum at Columbia Gulf. She also facilitated many supervisory skills, change management and team effectiveness courses.
For eight years Mary Grace has been working with executives through frontline employees to successfully develop and meet their professional and business goals. Mary Grace Landrum has over 20 years of business consulting and management experience including the:

Mary Grace is an active volunteer in professional and community organizations. She served as chairman of the Southern Gas Association's satellite television network, has been active in leadership positions with the American Society for Training and Development at a local and national level and has served on the board of the YMCA and other non-profits.
Mary Grace is currently an elected Trustee of Spring Branch ISD and is active in the Chamber of Commerce. She has been an active member of American Society of Training and Development at a national and local level, serving as local president, E-Learning chair and chair of a national committee. She has spoken at numerous national and regional conferences on topics related to adult learning and employee development
Mary Grace holds a Master of Education degree from the University of Texas, Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree from the University of Steubenville, Ohio. She is master certified in NLP and is certified to facilitate Achieve Global programs, Andromeda Business Literacy, Delighting Customers, Managing for Productivity, and Edge Training Assessments. She is a former adjunct professor at the University of Houston, School of Technology.
