Managing and appraising employee performance is a critical job for all leaders and managers. This video course is designed to help students understand and practice how to write goals and objectives that are aligned with and effectively support their business unit and the company as a whole.

• All usage is tracked through the Edge Assessment Center. Status reports can be generated through our Administrative Center.
• There is nothing to ship; Users have access to video training immediately through the Edge website (Windows Media Player required).
• Users can complete a video training program at a convenient time and location.
• User will have the ability to print a Certificate of Completion when the video has been viewed in its entirety.
• Users will be able to view and download the Participant Booklet, PowerPoint slides (if available), and related training resources, all from the same media location.
• We realize that connection speeds can be an issue for some users, that’s why Edge’s video bandwidth rates adjust to the user's available connection speed (150 kbs – 700 kbs). A standard corporate network connection will be able to enjoy near DVD quality video streaming!
• Users will be able to access additional resources in the Edge Development Center at no extra charge (Assessments are available at an additional cost).
