Since 1996 Edge Training Systems, Inc. and Kraft Foods Inc. have partnered in developing customized knowledge and 360 based assessments to assist in developing Kraft Leaders. With over 2,300 Kraft leader participants in the database, we have normative populations for Kraft, Kraft Supervisors and Kraft Managers. Over 80 Kraft locations in the US and Canada have utilized these assessments. Edge Training developed a customized knowledge assessment and a customized 360 assessment to address the critical leadership behaviors of the Kraft Operations Supervisors. There is no certification required for interpretation, these assessments can be administered through our easy to use Edge Administration Center.  By utilizing the Kraft Knowledge for Leaders in conjunction with the Kraft 360 for Operations Supervisors, the leader is able to evaluate both their performance and their knowledge in several key leadership areas critical to their managerial success. They are then able to utilize this data to determine what areas they should focus on for their continued leadership development.
