The Kraft 360º Assessment process provides each employee with a multi-rater picture of his or her performance as perceived by others. This information is gathered from confidential feedback from supervisors, peers, direct reports, and internal and external customers and put into a detailed 60+ page 360-feedback report.
The job specific Kraft 360º Assessments are currently available through the Kraft Online Assessment Center. This pass protected site utilizes a dynamic process where the leaders job title determines which of the eight custom Kraft 360º Assessments load for the leader and the identified raters.
